Repair request
Repair requests are processed manually through outreach via Email. First, check whether your registered email address corresponds to the current one. Guarantees are treated in accordance with the terms and conditions. In some cases, we will have to take remote control of your computer to check the validity of a failure. In casei if it is already out of warranty, please refer to the table below for pricing.
Please specify the serial number of the device and the problem identified. In the case of a product purchased through a dealer, you will be asked to send your invoice to validate the guarantee.
