Policy
of sale and sponsorship :
To arrive at such a
low cost, a policy primarily based on the direct sale of the product was adopted.
When the products are good, the mouth to ear functions generally well. Also,
to reward you to have made your fellow-members to know our products, it was
decided to award you a commission of 10% on the amount of the first sponsored
order (except for accessories and documentations). For each sale, you will
receive a check of commission. Thus, for 10 equipments sold by your contact,
your purchase will be completely refunded to you. The buyer should indicate
your customer’s number at the time of the order on the site.

Special
price to pupils :
A special price
is granted to the students of some non conventional medical schools. Inform
you to know if your school has an agreement with our services exists. If not
incite it to contact us to profit of the special price.
Former
customer :
With your next
order, a reduction of 10% will be granted to you on our products other than
the accessories and documentations provided that your first order is superior
or equal to 200€.

Note :
- The displayed
prices are duty free, expressed in Euros.
- For the private
individuals resident of the European Community, it will be necessary to
add at the prices indicated, the VAT on which our company depends, namely
19.6% (French VAT).
- The companies
and commercial entities of the European Community, having an intracommunity
number of VAT, will have to seize it in their co-ordinates before placing
order and thus freeing themselves from the VAT. The validity of this number
will then be checked before the forwarding of the order. If it does not
correspond, our company will claim you the amount corresponding to the VAT
of the order.
- For the other
countries, the invoice will be free of tax and the customer will have to
charge the specific VAT to his country at the reception of the goods (see
text on the
fiscal rule).
- For the students
of certain schools approved by our services, a special price can be granted.
In this case, the policy of sale via a sponsored student will not be applicable.
To be given this price, the name of the student will have to be initialized
first by the school of which it depends before placing the order on the
site. The interested schools will have to take contact directly with us.
- Except express
convention, for an order of less than 100€, it will be advisable to
add a share in the expenses for delivery according to the countries.
- Warranty:
1 year parts and labour by return to France, country of production, except
for the batteries and of accessories (see support).
- The devices are experimental and intended for research and evaluation of current thoughts for which they were conceived. They do not have EC standards conformity and will not have to be considered as official medical analysis tools. Manufacture is manual and does not take account of any traceability concept. The company declines any responsibility concerning their use within a professional framework. The customer must thus be conscious of the implications and the limitations on the legal level that that generates before its acquisition

- All the types
of payment are accepted.
- Our banking
account number will be communicated to you on request for a payment by bank
transfer.
- For the payments
by checks, except for France, only bank certified checks will be accepted.
The order will be dispatched after cashing of the check.
- The payment
by credit card remains the fastest and most flexible mode of payment.
3. Safety
of payment per credit card
A transaction
carried out by credit card on an unprotected site can be dangerous. This
is why you should always check if the site in question proposes a protected
payment of SSL type (coding on 128 bits) for your payments by credit card.
A very simple means to be ensured is to check the presence of a small lock
on the bottom of the screen at the time of the transaction which must be
